I have 20+ years experience as a construction manager, these skills are transferred across into property with the same detailed planning and project control on my own renovations & refurbishments – which is where I can really add value for investors.
Sophie Higgins

My focus is on building valuable relationships with our clients, both present and future and from doing so, understanding their goals and how these can be achieved. My years as a Chartered Internal Auditor have provided a solid background for ensuring every step of your investment or project is risk managed and ‘goes to plan’. I have a keen eye for interior design which I can adapt to suit every budget and have demonstrated this in our own homes and investment properties to a high standard, always adding value.
